Our History

Patricia was born in California and grew up with an appreciation and enjoyment of the outdoors at an early age, living in the San Franciso Bay area, spending family time camping and working at Yosemite National Park as a teenager.

She migrated to southern California where her life and life’s work became intwined with Bragg Live Food Products and Paul Bragg. The duo took the world on - sharing their message of healthy living with great enthusiasm and were internationally known for their passionate work promoting a healthier lifestyle and exercise. For many years she traveled the globe, teaching the Bragg healthy lifestyle by way of lecturing, appearing on television shows as well as being a frequent guest on radio shows, profiled in magazines and talking up the benefits of a healthy lifestyle to anyone she would meet.

Patricia continued as the solo leader of a health food company. It offered an array of healthy products.

Patricia sold Bragg Live Food Products in 2019. That same year a new Foundation was created to help support the community she loved so much and the local non-profit sector working to make the world a healthier and better place. Patricia passed away in 2023.
